シェキドル Sheki-Dol
2000年5月、テレビ東京系バラエティ番組「アイドルをさがせ!」によるオーディション企画
「第4回モーニング娘。＆平家みちよ妹分オーディション」の落選組2名で結成されたグループ。

2000年07月11日結成。メンバーは、大木衣吹と北上アミの2名。
つんくが命名したユニット名は、熱い女の子という意味の「赤道ドール」と「Shake It」を掛けている。
2000年11月01日、シングル「心のフェロモン」でインディーズデビュー。
その後、2001年03月01日、末永真己が加入。2001年08月05日、大木衣吹が脱退、2001年08月05日、荒井紗紀が加入。
デビューから3枚のインディーズシングルを発売。
2001年12月05日、シングル「愛は無敵 ～二十歳の夜の誓い～」で念願のメジャーデビューを果たしたものの、
2002年12月08日、末永真巳が体調不良で療養生活に入り、北上アミと荒井紗紀の2名で活動を継続。
2002年01月30日、末永真巳の復帰の目処が立たず、解散が発表された。
激しいロック調の楽曲スタイルが持ち味のグループで、アイドルとしては異色の存在だったように思います。
そのアイドル色を払拭したパフォーマンスが、逆に足かせになってしまったのかも知れません。

"Sheki-Dol" was formed in July 2000 with members Oki Ibuki and Kitagami Ami, two participants
in the 4th Morning Musume & Heike Michiyo Protegee Auditions.
(the same auditions that Matsuura Aya eventually won)
The group's name comes from the word "Sekidou"（赤道；equator）and "doll" put together,
creating the name "Sekidou Doll" or Sheki-Dol for short. The name is also a pun on "Shake it Doll."
In November 2000, they released their first indies single titled "Kokoro no Pheromone",
a rock song with a medium tempo and easy-going, laid-back vocals.
In March 2001, Suenaga Mami joined Sheki-Dol as a new member, making it a trio.
In the summer of 2001, after their third single, Oki left to pursue a solo career,
and Arai Saki joined to replace her in August 2001.
Sheki-Dol's third single, "Zentaiteki ni Daisuki Desu（全体的に大好きです。：Overall, I Love You）"
was one of the ending theme songs of the anime Crayon Shinchan（クレヨンしんちゃん：Crayon Shin-chan）.
In December 2001, Sheki-Dol's fourth single, "Ai wa Muteki ～Hatachi no Yoru no Chikai～
（愛は無敵～二十歳の夜の誓い～：Love Is Invincible～An Oath I Made At Night When I Turned 20～）"
was marketed as their major debut single.
However, a month later, Sheki-Dol disbanded in January 2002, after having released only four singles.
The official reason was that one of its members needed medical attention.
It was later discovered that Mami had become pregnant.

“Sheki-Dol”是由2000年东京电视台“寻找偶像!”内举行的「第四届平家充代与早安少女组师妹征选会」中
选拔的两人而成的组合。成员为大木衣吹和北上亚美。（当时征选会的冠军是松浦亚弥）
组合的名字来源于“赤道”（Sekidou）和“娃娃”（doll）放在一起，就形成了“Sekidou doll”简称Sheki-Dol。
这个名字也是“摇动（Shake）娃娃（doll）”的双关语。
2000年11月20日 Sheki-Dol 发行首张独立单曲“心里的信息”，这首歌曲节奏适中、轻松快乐的摇滚曲风。
2000年07月11日，组成Sheki-Dol。成员为大木衣吹和北上亚美。
2000年11月01日，以首张独立单曲「心里的信息」出道。
2001年03月01日，第2期成员末永真已加入。
2001年08月05日，大木衣吹决定退出。同时第3期成员荒井纱纪加入。
2001年12月05日，以期盼已久的主流单曲「爱是无敌～二十岁晚上的立誓～」出道。
2002年12月08日，末永真已因病而进行疗养。
2002年01月30日，末永真已的病情没有复原的情况下，发表解散组合。
